As a HR Advisor, you will be reporting into the Head of HR and supporting the HR function from managing the full employee life cycle, Employee Relations and recruitment. This is a fully generalist HR role which offers fantastic development, as a HR Advisor your day to day responsibilities will include:
Supporting and taking the lead on Employee Relation matters including absence management, investigations, disciplinaries and grievance matters
Processing of new starters and leavers; completing right to work checks, creating offer letters, contracts and new starter packs, and communicating these with the payroll department
Coach, guide and upskill line managers in all HR policies and procedures
Support with HR Projects including employee engagement and initiatives
Advising supervisors and managers on employment law
The right person for this HR Advisor role will have the following attributes:
At least 2 years' experience in a HR Advisor role or above
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified
Driving Licence
