Description
Develop and implement procurement strategies
Lead and manage the Procurement team
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers
Assess and mitigate risks in the supply chain
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with other departments to identify cost-saving opportunities
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and performance evaluations
Conduct regular reviews of the supply chain to ensure optimal performanceProfile
A successful Senior Procurement Manager should have:
Experience within construction or a similar industry
Experience in a leadership role within the Procurement & Supply Chain department
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Excellent understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
Proficiency in procurement software and other related IT systems
The ability to develop and implement procurement strategies
A strong understanding of supply chain management and risk assessmentJob Offer
