Project Engineer - 3-Month Inside IR35 Contract - £31.32 - £38.13 hourly pay - Full-Time Onsite in Runcorn
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Continuous Improvement and Reliability Engineer to join a global manufacturing organisation. You will be responsible for efficient and effective maintenance, repair, problem solving and improvement of assets across the site.
Location: Runcorn - FULL TIME ONSITE, 5 DAYS A WEEK
Responsibilities:
Ensuring all assigned Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are carried out at the defined frequency.
Coach operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks, machine set ups, optimisation and support growth in equipment capability.
Supporting capital work, including installation, commissioning and testing within area as required.
Review RCM activity on a weekly basis.
Attend Daily Tier meetings and performance-based consolations to raise and address persistent performance issues.
Anticipate issues and lead active solution driven initiatives with the wider engineering team.
Support TLS & Operators to build asset care and RCPS capability.Key Skills:
Experience working as a mechanical or electrical engineer or technician.
Relevant qualifications and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental risk principles.
FMCG experience preferred
