Bid Coordinator - Remote, GB
Role Overview:
Join a Work Winning team as a Bid Coordinator on a permanent, remote basis with occasional travel. You will support bid teams with essential administrative tasks to ensure timely and high-quality bid submissions. This role is key in creating winning proposals and works closely with the Bid Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Support bids from start to finish under senior bid managers.

Organise bid platforms, sites, and folders.

Manage client bid portals for document downloads, amendments, clarifications, and submissions.

Track and ensure timely and complete bid submissions.

Maintain document management and version control.

Identify new bid opportunities and manage deadlines.

Ensure high-quality bid production.
Requirements:

Degree or equivalent.

Working towards APMP Foundation level.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Creative and confident approach.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
