What does the role involve?

Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and order management. Maintaining high standards of customer service.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Communicate technical information to clients clearly and concisely.

Ensure timely and accurate quotations, working closely with the estimating function and verifying purchase order pricing.

Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Provide insightful market and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.

Partner with product development and technical support teams to understand product offerings and their applications.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process.
What are we looking for?
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales, customer service, and technical problem-solving. You should possess:

A proven track record in client relationship management, ideally within technical industries.

Qualifications in business and/or marketing (desirable).
