Key Responsibilities:
Lead the establishment and development of the values and strategic goals.
Oversee all operational activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff, building a cohesive and high-performing team.
Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve financial and operational targets.
Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Lead on-site project management, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution to ensure timely and successful completion.
Monitor progress, assess quality and safety, and address any issues or challenges that arise.
Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of materials and labour.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Pump experience – Desirable
Hydraulics experience – Desirable
Proven experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
