Description
Provide administrative support to the engineering and manufacturing teams.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
Maintain and update technical documentation in line with compliance regulations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the engineering team as required.
Handle confidential and non-routine information.
Support project management activities within the department.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.Profile
A successful Engineering Planner should have:
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the Life Science industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
