Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
Collaborate with the project team to identify critical path activities
Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting any deviations from the schedule
Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations
Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain required information and resources
Contribute to project meetings and provide updates on schedule status
Support the project team with any additional planning-related tasks
Job Requirements
Experience in planning within the civil industry
Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques
Proficient in the use of planning software, such as Primavera P6
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
