Role Description
The individual in this role will manage part of the US/UK Exchange project.
The individual will liaise with colleagues in the US/UK Exchange and with numerous parties across the business to enable project requirements to be achieved.
They will have a wide level of experience in supporting several types of projects/contracts, and will use this experience accordingly in order to adapt and apply these practices in different circumstances.Core Duties
Typical duties include (but are not limited to):
Enables delivery of SSNA US/UK Exchange Workshops and Consultations:
Drives creation, approval and implementation of Activity Sheets,
Coordinates:
Workshops including expediting/driving Agendas,
Planning sessions (inc Video conferences),
Security Approvals,
Supporting and Advising Tech Leads and Participants,
Expediting Workshop Reports to schedule,
Expediting Action completion and closure.
Undertakes oversight of assigned US Embeds:
Ensuring robust Knowledge Management Action Plans (KMAPs) are agreed and routinely monitored/reviewed/updated and signed/closed,
Ensuring BAES benefits are understood and recorded (consistent with risks, opportunities, issues)
Supports Reviews with SSNA Tech Leads:
Chairs Tech Lead Reviews for SSNR Tech Leads,
Identifies Successes for upward reporting,
Identifies Risks, Issues and Opportunities for action - and addresses.
Undertakes project reporting as required

Knowledge:
Comprehensive PM Experience demonstrated in a professional capacity
Comprehensive understanding of one or more Project Management tools techniques and practices.
Experience of influencing stakeholders both inside and outside the company.
Comprehensive understanding of the wider PM environment, and of developments and practices in the field.
Knowledge acquired through on the job experience with theoretical and practical skills.
Experience of building relationships and negotiating outcomes with internal stakeholders.
Gathers and analyses information. Supports development of solutions and of implementation approaches.Skills:
Problem solving in a new Business environment.

Incumbent will be expected have a PM Qualification such as the APM Project Management Qualification
