This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant / Purchase Ledger clerk to join a large group working within a beautiful setting.Your new role
Matching & Coding invoices
Enter invoices/credit notes into the finance system
Checking & reconciling statements
Creating payment runs on bank
Updating cashflow on a regular basis
Producing month end accruals
Ad-hoc duties requested by the Head of Finance
Liaising with suppliers and site managers
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working in a similar role.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to complete tasks efficiently and to deadlines.
Proficient IT skills.
Analytical & organised.
