Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are recruiting for TWO temporary Administrators for a Global Manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton
The duties would be as follows blended across 2 departments supporting with administration, to help existing staff to get through backlogs:

Paper Records retrieval where required

Scanning Charts - this is quite a large task so a lot of the day will be scanning

Covering order entry whilst apprentices are undergoing training/also to cover holiday

Triaging queries into both department queues in CRM system
Working hours: 37.5 per week – Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 4;30pm
Salary: £12.ph
Assignment length: minimum 2 month - Ongoing
For this role you must be;
Immediately available ideally with no upcoming holidays in August
Excellent attention to detail
Happy to do mundane task s such as scanning
Be a strong communicator as you will be liaising between 2 teams
Have experience using a CRM system
