Receptionist/ Administrator
Monday – Friday
9am- 5pm
Salary: £25-£28K per annum.
Pertemps are recruiting for a motivated, friendly receptionist/ administrator to work for our small, family-feel but growing company in Marchington. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience to clients and will be the first point of contact.
The ideal candidate will have experience in client databases, secretarial duties, compliance regulations and ideally sage experience.
You will need to be organised and have great communication skills.

Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly upon arrival for appointments.
Engage with clients who visit directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Maintain their client database, ensuring accurate and up to date records.
Supporting managing director and leadership team with diary management.
Travel booking for senior staff.
Support with travel for contract staff UK wide.
Scan and process incoming mail.
Organise outgoing mail.
Manage office supplies.
Coordinate events and book training courses as needed.
Skills and experience:
Essential: Proficient in all Microsoft packages.
Secretarial experience.
Administrative experience
Desirable: Sage 50.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional manner via email and telephone.
Good organisational skills.
