I am currently working with an impressive company based in the Ulverston area to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant on a permanent basis
Due to recent changes within the team the business needs additional support with the purchase ledger and general accounting duties.
The team are well established, positive and great fun - so this is a great opportunity to join a prestigious business with AMAZING facilities.
Duties include:
Accurate processing of supplier invoices
Reconciliation of supplier statements and maintaining correct supplier balances
Supplier payments and correct reconciliation of same
Weekly reviews of ledger for review by the management team
Dealing with all supplier queries
Cash & bank reconciliations
Stock managementSkills required for success:
Experience within Accounts Payable/Purchase ledger/Accounts role
Great communication skills
Strong analytical & Excel skillsWhat's on offer
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 FTE
