Customer Service
The Opportunity:
This role would suit somebody with great customer service skills, the ability to pick up and understand technical information, and somebody with superb attention to detail. If you are experienced in Customer Service and have strong excel skills, then this could be the perfect role for you.
The Role:
· Prepare and send estimates/quotes efficiently, negotiating optimal prices with customers for manufacturing and pricing.
· Liaise with Production on progression of orders to ensure delivery by the due date.
· Liaise with Application Engineers, both internally and externally, with regards to technical queries.
· Assist the Sales Officer Manager with reports on quotation and order analysis to identify any trends that may appear.
· Attend customer visits where necessary and provide supporting documentation when needed.
· Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency in your area of responsibility
· Participate in training/cross training, mentoring and education.
