Our client is a leading provider of solutions in the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Communications Provider as a Service (CPaaS) markets. As a UK business with their own platform / IP they are beginning to change the market as the business enters a high growth phase. They have a growing partner and direct customer base for their innovative product range.
Because of this growth, they are looking to hire a Sales Operations Manager / FP&A to help support the Commercial and Finance functions of the business. Based in their Guildford office, with occasional travel to Soho, London.
LOCATION: Guildford - Hybrid Home based and office.
JOB SPECIFICATION: Sales Operations Manager/ FP&A
As a new and key position within the business, you will be responsible for building-out and documenting their sales processes and tools that drive the sales team. Ensuring the sales team have all the tools they need at hand to undertake their roles.
In addition, you’ll also be responsible for: -
Owning and optimising the internal CRM ensuring the workflows fit sales process and that CRM data quality remains high.
Proactively looking to provide data driven insights and analysis that will help drive both sales direction and efficiency. This will include sales funnel and pipeline analysis.
Providing visibility and performance tracking to the business by helping to build, maintain, an improve data and reporting foundation.
Partnering with sales and finance leadership to define target and compensation models.
Administratively support the partner onboarding and sales order processes.
Managing and improving inbound lead qualifying process.
Providing forward looking commercial analysis to enable the business to plan effectively.
REQUIREMENTS: Sales Operations Manager/FP&A
We are looking for someone who has strong previous experience of Sales Operations Management, who has worked closely across Financial Planning and Analysis, either for an SMB or growth sized business within Software or SaaS.
Good working knowledge of sales forecasting, pipeline analysis as well as forward looking financial planning and reporting.
You’ll need to have strong knowledge of CRM systems and other sales productivity tools, including best practices for use, integrations and reporting.
In addition, we are looking for someone who possesses strong business acumen, with great analytical and reporting skills.
You’ll have an eye for troubleshooting, problem solving and strong project management skills.
