Key Accountabilities
Speaking to customer's via telephone and email regarding their account paper work
Sending out Account Opening paperwork to clients and chasing up.
Assisting clients over the phone with queries related to completing account opening paperwork.
Process client account opening paperwork through to setup on the system.
Maintain a broad understanding of anti-money laundering (AML).
Perform AML and KYC checks, review client documentation and ensure compliance with Killik and regulatory guidelines.
Check accounts for errors and escalating where required.Requirements:
Previous office experience
Previous experience of providing customer service over the phone
Will possess a client focus and concern for quality
Will have a good understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) principles
A diligent worker with a high level of attention to detail
