Our client is one of the UK's largest companies in their respective industry. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as a Customer Service Manager to further strengthen their Customer Service team. You will need to have experience in leading and motivating a Service office and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service.
Responsibilities Of The Role:
To assist the General Manager on day-today customer service issues.
To assist, in close consultation with the General Manager and Head of HR, certain employee personnel matters covering performance within the department.
To take responsibility for the day-to-day organisation of the Office, ensuring a safe working environment in the Service Office.
To actively manage and improve the Customer experience.
Ensure that there is excellent communication with the external service team.
Keeping accurate records for customer requests and responding to queries in a timely manner.
Develop comprehensive knowledge on the customer service system and the portal, providing both colleagues and customers with advice and support.
Actively feedback customer satisfaction levels, and as part of the management team, develop action plans and strategies to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
To co-ordinate all customer service activity in conjunction with production, transport, customer service departments.
The Candidate:
Experience in a Customer Service Management role
Ideally living in Reading or surrounding areas
Flexible approach to working hours
