Our client is a market leader within the ventilation and air movement industry. As the business continues to expand, there are now looking to appoint an experienced individual with specific experience of this sector to this newly created role. You will be responsible for driving demand for a range of products with the HVAC markets in the North-West of England. This is with existing clients and also cultivating and developing new customers.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Specification and promotion of ventilation products within the building services sector
Proactively target and engage clients and projects within the defined customer segments
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with Building Service Consultants, Contractors, and Developers
Respond promptly and efficiently to project inquiries, providing proposals with support from the Project Team
Maintain and develop a continuous pipeline of specified projects
Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, adhering to set KPIs
Conduct CPD presentations and participate in exhibitions as required
Maintain comprehensive records of account and project progress
Drive year-on-year sales growth within the designated sales area
You will have comprehensive exposure of sales and business development within the industry with proven experience of increasing sales and building relationships. In return my client offers a competitive salary, a company car or car allowance with an uncapped commission scheme and company pension. The Head Office of the company is based in the South of England but this role will be responsible for the North-West region. You are required to have a full UK driving licence
