I am working on an exciting new opportunity with my client. We are looking for a keen and driven Service Desk Analyst to join the rapidly growing and dynamic team based in Kent to support their service desk.
Acting as a senior escalation point, you will be responsible for troubleshooting a variety of hardware & software issues and helping to mentor junior members of the team.
