Are you an experienced Internal Sales Co-Ordinator, looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Internal Sales Co-Ordinator, for a client based in Goole. To support in securing major new business, in conjunction with the internal and external sales team.
Providing a point of contact for internal and external customers, creating a can-do mentality. Maximising good communication between departments, ensuring service and response levels are match with budget and internal KPI's.
Internal Sales Co-Ordinator Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure accuracy of administration tasks within the department.
To support in securing major new business as detailed within the sales budget, in conjunction with the internal and external sales team.
To ensure accuracy of administration tasks within the department.
To ensure our service and response levels are matched with budget and internal KPIs.
To maximise good communication between departments.
To provide a point of contact for internal and external customers.
To ensure all quotations and tenders are completed by commercial and submitted to the relevant customer and / or external representative.
To ensure that new products are raised accurately with correct origination and machine routing in place.
To ensure customer orders are booked onto the system accurately and in a timely manner.
To ensure customer complaints are booked on day of receipt.
To ensure the accuracy of orders for bought in lines from external suppliers.
To manage accounts internally and provide cover for absence within departments.
Work closely with internal sales, design, commercial, planning, logistics, production, and external sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required to have a good understanding of the Witron/Kiwi. CRM Sales module.
To provide holiday cover across the internal sales department.
Any other duties where reasonably required within the skills and capability of the post holder.
Internal Sales Co-Ordinator Applicants:
Excellent communicative skills.
Experience in a similar senior, dynamic business environment.
Highly numerate, highly literate in written and spoken word and with excellent analytical, organisational and computer skills.
Good social and communication skills with previous customer facing experience.
Team Player.
Ability to work under pressure with good time management skills.
High Achiever.
