The Role
This is a collaborative role within the UK HR team, responsible for Payroll, HR Services and Data processes. You have a wide range of duties, including.

Management of 1st point enquiries for UK payroll (1000+ employees). Liaising with the payroll vendor, & HMRC.

End-to-end payroll processing ensuring data accuracy with systems whilst looking for ways to streamline processes to optimise efficiency.

Optimise HRIS system, provide user training, develop process map, generate reports, documents and standardise processes. (use said reports to analyse people data, identify trends and make recommendations)

Deliver Continuous Improvement projects for HR processes & plans

Effectively identify problem areas and recommend improvements.
Your Skills & Experience
This position is seeking a confident & collaborative HR professional who can challenge ideas to drive improvements, you will also need.

Educated to degree level in HR subject or relevant experience and payroll qualifications an advantage.

Expert knowledge of workforce planning, payroll & performance

In-depth knowledge of HRIS, payroll PAYE regulations & tax laws

Good working knowledge of Excel, Data analytics and reporting

Confident presenting skills, a clear communicator
