Day to Day
Lead projects from inception to completion, collaborating with senior leadership on updates.
Continuously improve and streamline internal protocols.
Use scheduling systems to ensure optimal staff availability and reduce abandoned calls.
Oversee holidays, absences, shifts, and cover plans, ensuring seamless operations.
Provide exceptional service, managing a high volume of inbound calls and setting appropriate actions.
Train and lead the Workforce Planning and Demand team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Handle HR tasks, manage records, and ensure accurate data entry.
Assist in generating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
