This role involves supporting three Account Managers and the Marketing team through a blend of administrative tasks, project management, marketing, and financial responsibilities. Ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience in co-ordination, marketing or project management, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to a thriving team.
Responsibilities:
Working alongside and supporting the Account Director and Account Managers to develop and implement project plans
Liaising with clients and facilitators regarding programme scheduling and managing client meetings
Coordinating and booking client meetings based on diary availability and managing diary conflicts.
Marketing support - providing input to content development.
Compiling and summarising project feedback documents.
Support the Account Director with the completion of proposals.
Assist with marketing campaigns and maintain content ensuring the CRM is up to date
Assisting with logging/tracking of team expenses and receipts.
Assisting with keeping the annual forecast and planning sheet up to date.
Generating invoice status reports
Monitoring and tracking project hours against project scope.
General administration including the office is fully stocked
Coordinating and scheduling internal team meetings. Person profile

Experience of working in a marketing or events team is beneficial
Digital experience – used to learning new applications and working virtually, including use of Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, or similar (e.g., Google)
