Purchase Ledger clerk to work in Warwick on a hybrid basis.
The key primary duties include but are not limited to the following:

Assist to capture and verify purchase invoices and expenses

Code and check purchase invoices and expenses

Enter purchase invoices and expenses on Access Dimensions
-
Check and reconcile supplier statements
-
Deal with supplier / invoice enquiries
-
Other ad-hoc tasks as required and directed
-
A point of call for campus staff and treasurer queries
The key secondary duties include but are not limited to the following:

Post bank transactions to Access Dimensions
-
Create and Post Journals on to Access Dimension
-
Reconcile to Nominal Ledger
-
Responsibility for Credit Cards
