Part-time Project Coordinator
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Hours: Part-time, Permanent 20 hours per week – 5 days a week (2 days in office, 3 days working from home)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum pro rata
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative skills and will collaborate closely with the finance department.
Key Responsibilities of a Project Coordinator
- Ensure IT tools, platforms, and software run smoothly.
- Handle administrative tasks for employee onboarding, offboarding, and organisational changes.
- Train staff on internal document management and CRM systems.
- Address system-related requests, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.
- Respond to Finance and Customer Service inquiries via phone and email professionally.
- Report stock or product issues as needed.
- Provide admin support for projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
- Adhere to company procedures, including pharmacovigilance and medical information protocols.
- Assist with additional Finance Department tasks as required.
Key Skills of a Project Coordinator
- Previous work experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical field, or supply chain would be desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Experience using CRM systems and Power BI dashboards would be an advantage.
