What you'll be doing
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing the company's client base utilising industry experience to win new opportunities and help develop them into long-term accounts.
You have a clear history of new business wins, you are more than comfortable explaining the technical benefits of LED/AV for clients, and you have a proven record of putting together winning pitches and proposals.
Your business development experience in the live events industry has given you a great network of decision makers and company influencers who will enable you to hit the ground running and equally you love to start the conversation and open doors with new contacts.
You are naturally driven, and the company will be keen to reward your success and support your own growth and career ambitions.
About You

Develop and execute strategies to increase leads and sales across retail, events, councils, education, construction, AV integrators, brand agencies, event companies and venues and corporates clients the list is end less.

Ability to research the marketing to hunt for new business.

Seek new business opportunities from cold calling.

Attend networking events to enhance visibility and expand the businesses network.

Keep the sales pipeline active and ensure all leads are pursued.

Knowledge of LED/AV solutions

At least 3 years of consistent recent sales success

Proven ability to hunt, win new business and grow accounts.
