First People Solutions is looking for an M&E Delivery Manager to strengthen our client's Project Management team in Glasgow. This is for our reputable national water client, with hybrid working available.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage M&E Project Engineering and Supervisory staff
Ensure safe and efficient M&E delivery from Outline Design to Project Acceptance
Promote team empowerment and maintain high-quality standards
Build and maintain relationships with delivery partners
Manage M&E project life cycle, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation
Monitor performance and manage risks
Support HR policies and optimize resource utilizationRequirements:
10+ years of Project Management experience
Strong technical capability in EICA project delivery and commissioning, preferably in the Water Industry
Understanding of H&S legislation
Experience with multiple projects and rolesBenefits:
