Holt Executive are partnered with a leading organisation who provide satellite communication solutions to remote locations within the maritime, energy and government sectors.

They require an Account Manager to support the business with proactive sales management of a set of Channel Partners in hardware and airtime sales. This will also include identifying growth initiatives to increase Channel Partner market share across the suite of services, solutions, and products.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the ability to organise and prioritise in order to effectively handle multiple accounts. Being successful in this role will require the ability to work collaboratively with other internal teams to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Previous account management experience is essential.
This role can be based from either Norwich or Yarmouth, with some flexible and hybrid working available.
Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager:
Deliver a clear growth plan to increase business with chosen Channel Partners.
Proactive account management to allocated Channel Partners.
Provide industry-leading customer service.
Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Enhance partnerships by ensuring regular customer communication.
Collaboration with internal teams and external partners/suppliers/customers to ensure best customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
Qualify all significant customer opportunities and identify areas for up-sell/cross-sell.
Provide clear and accurate quotations.
Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual SMART KPIs.
Key Skills and Experience for the Account Manager:
Experience in sales/sales operations account management.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple customer projects, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Consultative selling skills using relationship building techniques.
Understanding of business dynamics, able to gain full appreciation of a customer’s business.
Ability to proactively execute sales initiates and close business.
From a background in the communications/technology sector (desirable).
