Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe - REMOTE / WORK FROM HOME
Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE) + £20,000 Annual Performance bonus

One of our exclusive clients is a rapidly expanding global supplier, specialising in the distribution of chemical and raw material products to various industries across Europe and beyond. They are known for their professionalism, quality products, and reliable global distribution networks.
They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe) to join their talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual sales plan for the Latin American region.
- Support the sales team in surpassing target volumes and margins.
- Establish and optimise sales and account management processes.
- Expand and maintain a loyal customer base.
- Foster enduring relationships with customers.
- Diversify the product portfolio to align with market opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits to achieve targets.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Generate accurate monthly sales forecasts.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong influencer with empathy and ability to handle pressure.
- Outstanding relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with Formula contracts and Chemical Industry products.
- Fluency in foreign languages.
- Ability to solve problems swiftly and effectively.
- Knowledge of geographical market coverage.
Desired Experience:
- Sales experience in the Chemical Industry, especially in Coatings, Paints, and Adhesives.
- Familiarity with Monomers including Acrylates, Methacrylates, VAM, Veova, Styrene, and Specialty Methacrylates.
