We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join us based in Exeter, near the airport, to successfully lead and manage our contract recruitment team in line with our company strategy.
JMC Aviation are open to assisting with relocation for candidates who would need to move to the area for the role should it be required.

The responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager will involve:

Leading and managing contract placement recruitment activity
-
Ensuring the delivery of contract recruitment against the agreed budget
-
Managing and supporting all recruitment team members, ensuring all resourcers and consultants are kept up to date with relevant changes in industry standards and legislation
-
Managing and supporting all recruitment team members to ensure that individual objectives and weekly target placements are achieved as agreed
-
Taking responsibility for the management of administration functions which includes; contracts, referencing, upholding compliance, travel management, airport security and recruitment support

Developing existing customers through building strong relationships and identifying any areas for improvements to service delivery to enhance customer experience

Attending regular client visits
-
Working closely with the Management Team to ensure that business needs are being met

Developing and delivering against the company's recruitment strategy

Developing strong awareness within the recruitment team of the recruitment strategy
-
Building strong, long-term relationships internally and externally
-
Reviewing recruitment procedures and implement ideas for improvements within team
-
Keeping up to date with industry standards, legislation and employment law
-
Conducting regular performance reviews for contract division recruitment team

Promoting JMC's full range of services
-
Attending management meetings
-
Other duties as directed by Line Manager
