We are looking for an experienced administrator with experience of assisting the Quantity Surveying financial process.
You will have experience of supporting the Project team to ensure internal governance is adhered to and achieved to support the contract timescales
Liaise and support the Project team to ensure contract timescales are achieved
Ensure adequate due diligence checks have been made, Ensure all relevant checks are performed on sub-contract documentation
Create new accounts and carry out necessary credit checks & keep accounts updated (amend/suspend as necessary)
Skills
Self-motivation, passion and a driven ‘can do’ attitude
Proven experience in administration - sub-contract procurement experience desirable
Attention to detail and confidence when working with numerical and financial information
Computer literacy to include working knowledge of Microsoft systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communicator and ability to multi-task and action concurrently.
A Team Player but able to work with minimal supervision
Be proactive in your approach
Working knowledge of engineering/construction industry contracting practices, applicable government and commercial regulations and practices
