We are actively recruiting for a job opportunity with an accountancy firm near to St Ives, who are seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. The salary is negotiable, will of course depend on experience and qualification level and is open within reason.
The firm are hiring 2 positions, 1 full-time and 1 part-time.
Responsibilities:
Managing the bookkeeping needs of a portfolio of clients
Posting/processing of sales and purchase invoices
Bank reconciliations
VAT returns
Answering ad hoc client queries
Working closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate reporting.
Desired experience/Qualifications/Qualities:
Practice experience preferred but not essential.
Experience using Xero & Sage bookkeeping platforms.
