Responsibilities:
Lead a team of dedicated customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
Utilise customer service tools and processes to effectively process pre-artwork build activities.
Project manage tasks, prioritising, planning, tracking, and reporting progress to meet key performance indicators.
Prepare and lead monthly category review meetings, analysing performance data to drive improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and adherence to client requirements.
Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance client experience.
