Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, the Business Development Manager will be a pivotal force in propelling their business forward. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with an extensive network and a proven track record in the high-end residential construction industry. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape and implement strategic initiatives, leveraging their expertise and contacts to secure new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high-end residential construction market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, developers, and private clients.
Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the high-end residential construction sector.
Extensive network of contacts within the industry.
Strong understanding of the high-end residential construction market and project lifecycles.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
