Role Profile
Working closely with the Field Service Engineers, ensuring workload is managed effectively using the resources available with maximisation of engineer’s skillsets and abilities for maximum efficiency across the team
Overseeing the day-to-day service delivery to clients
Ensuring product or customer queries/issues are handled in a timely manner
Escalating concerns to our manufacturers or management as necessary
Ensuring warranty and invoicing is done correctly and any disputes are dealt with in an agreed time frame
Ensuring Health and Safety adherence within the field service team
Carrying out regular appraisals with your team; identifying any training requirements to ensure continuous development of team members
40 hour working weekKey Competences
Construction industry knowledge and an engineering background is essential
Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
Methodical and diligent in your approach
People focused and motivated to help others
