We are currently searching for an Electrical Project Manager to join a busy team on a new build Waste to Energy project in Leeds. As Electrical Project Manager you will work alongside the Mechanical PM and the Senior PM to deliver the project on time and to specification.
This will be a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role which will likely have an initial term of 12-months with scope to be extended further.
The role:

Develop detailed project plans outlining the scope, timelines, and resources needed for electrical work.

Monitor and control costs, ensuring the project stays within the allocated budge

Assign tasks and manage the workflow of electrical teams and subcontractors.

Lead and supervise electrical engineers, electricians, and subcontractors.

Conduct regular meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Ensure that all electrical work complies with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety regulations and standards.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, progress reports, and change orders.
Required:
-
Previous experience working as an Electrical PM/SM is essential

Waste to Energy project experience would be preferred
-
Both main contracting and subcontracting experience is welcomed
