Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second line telephone-based technical support to users
Investigate, analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents
Transfer knowledge and skills to increase first line fix rate and reduce costs
Produce technical documentation and knowledgebase articles
Engage in continual service improvement initiatives
Support project delivery as required
Job Requirements:
Experience in customer handling and management
Enthusiasm to deliver excellent services
Good written and spoken communication skills
Experience working in large enterprise environments
Experience in a fast-paced service desk environment
Understanding of IT best practice frameworks
Experience in Microsoft environments
Desirable Experience:
ITIL foundation certification
Behavioural Competencies:
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Ability to plan, prioritise, and complete work, while being a team player
Willingness to engage with and work with different technologies
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Good timekeeping and organisational skills
