General Manager – Caravan & Leisure Park
£65,000 + Bonus
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager with a sales background to join our established and successful team on a 12mth FTC. The ideal candidate will have a previous sales background in the leisure industry particularly in caravan and lodge sales.
As General Manager of the Holiday Village, you would oversee a complex of circa 700 static caravans, plus a play area, entertainment and bar complex. You would ensure every guest had a fantastic time in a beautifully maintained holiday complex, whilst also selling pitches and caravans to people who want to return year on year.
Responsibilities:

Being first port of call for prospective pitch or caravan buyers, alongside your motivated and knowledgeable sales team

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets

Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.

Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Working in conjunction with the wider resort to plan future growth strategies.

Working with the maintenance teams to ensure all repairs are swiftly and effectively handled.
Candidate Profile

Excellent sales skills in the leisure industry, ideally with some experience of caravan sales, are a must
