Description
Working closely with the Finance Heads of Service and Project Workstream leads to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.
To perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries
To ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
To support the creation and delivery of processes, policies and procedures.
To provide general administrative support to Director of Finance as requested
Co-ordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information within set time frames
Monitor and control core project and programme governance.
You will deliver project reporting covering overall status, risks, issues and mitigation plan as well as highlighting benefits once they are realised.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboard, plans, and reportsProfile
A successful applicant will have experience with the above & be available on short notice
