Customer Service Advisor Role:
Interaction are working alongside a pioneering legal technology provider looking to welcome an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. With a track record of phenomenal growth in the UK since 2016, our client has revolutionised the way property transactions are managed by law firms by delivering game-changing digital solutions. With a vision to completely digitise the conveyancing process, their growing portfolio of industry-leading products span digital ID verification to automation tools and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for client base support, helping manage online searches and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves building strong relationships both with suppliers and clients in the UK, creating an environment where clients feel personally attached to their support team.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Support clients through answering, distributing, and maintaining incoming questions related to orders.
Log clear and accurate support calls and maintain updates on all enquiries.
Maintaining call logs and resolving within service level agreements
Help to resolve client queries by working with Data Provider and Authorities
Support client’s enquiries to ensure completion of searching and services as per their order.
Maintain advanced knowledge of the products and services.
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
6 months customer service experience.
Flexible attitude around learning new software and implementing changes within the process – full in-house training will be provided.
Problem solving, analytical and diagnostic skills.
A real passion for customer service.
