My client based in Skipton are loking to expand their team and are looking to recruit a Professional Services Administrator on a full time basis..
You wil be responsible for:
The implementation of company software and other related systems
Delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Complying with data privacy legislation
Main Responsibilities
Customer Service
Responsible for:
Supporting the Professional Services Manager and the wider Team with all administration tasks.
Processing Orders
Sanity checking information
Setting up of software and other related systems
Updating and maintaining customer databases using Salesforce and internal systems.
Managing the Professional Services email inbox and actioning all correspondence.
Delivery of SCR sessions as and when required.
Emailing and answering/making telephone calls relating to the implementation and usage of systems as well as other Professional Services duties.
Delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
Contributing to all departmental goals.
