We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service, call handler to work at our site in Weston-Super-Mare.

The role involves working with a team to handle inbound and outbound calls, you will be required to personally handle between 100 to 120 calls each shift. Calls vary but could include booking equipment, organising a delivery, or handling a complaint.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 08:15 to 17:00 with a 45 minute break.
Due to the fast-paced environment we are ideally looking for someone with at least 1 years experience in a similar role.

Previous Customer Service experience.
