Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (Logistics)
Location: Exeter, Hybrid (First 6 weeks remote)
Duration: Fixed term 6 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 32.25 hours a week, 08:45- 5:00pm, 4pm finish on a Friday!
Salary: £12.26 per hour

The Role : As a Temporary Customer Service Administrator , you will play a vital role in delivering timely and accurate customer service by managing sales orders and resolving customer inquiries. This position will support our client during their 'peak' period, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to their success.
Key Duties :
Support the sales team by providing accurate information and actively assisting them in achieving sales targets
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure a smooth flow of information regarding allocated brands
Maintain records and files of completed work
Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure customer requirements are met
Process customer orders and credits accurately and efficiently
Handle and prepare export shipment paperwork, including cross-border coordination with sales offices and shipping departments in Hong Kong and the US
Monitor and manage deliveries and backorders for dedicated accounts
Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers
Share accurate information about the company and its products to support existing and potential clients
About You :
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Positive and proactive attitude towards tasks
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and work effectively as part of a team or independently
Ownership mentality and the ability to use initiative
Highly organised approach to workload and demonstrates urgency
Previous experience in customer service environment is essential
