Description
As Senior IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Processing new business from start through to completion
Preparing portfolio valuations, producing illustrations
Assisting advisers with research and report writing
Arranging meetings with clients for the advisers
Handling client's requests and queries
Preparing suitability reports for the approval of the Financial Adviser in line with the company policy
Sending reports and investment information to clients
Accurately submitting data on the system for clients
Ensuring work is completed in specified timelines.Profile
The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm
Experience of report writing and research
Strong administration skill set
Great communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Up to date with current FCA Legislation
Knowledge of various providers and software such as Intelligent Office (IO) and FE Analytics
