We require an enthusiastic, dedicated Apprentice Administrator to join our established fast paced team. This role within First People Solutions allows the apprentice to gain valuable experience and skills during this on-the-job training whilst gaining an SVQ qualification.
Key Tasks
- Answering all reception call
- Coordination of Flight and hotel bookings for all contractors
- Reference checking + 5 Year History for all contractor
- CV formatting
- Liaising with colleagues and candidates to improve processes and deadline adherence
- Handling enquires from contractors and clients always ensuring high customer service standards adhered to
- Maintaining a high standard of administration and record keeping
- Checking contractors compliance on CRM
Key skills required for role
- Excellent attention to detail
- A working knowledge of windows based packages, strong Excel knowledge and good IT skills are vital for this position
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight accounts deadlines are key to this position
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain confidential information is essential
The right candidate will be proficient in the above areas, confident communicating with colleagues at all levels within the organization and able to simplify detailed financial information so that it is easily understood by candidates/clients. They will continually strive to improve processes affecting their role and that of their colleagues and will be confident and persuasive when presenting these changes to the board.
Salary TBC dependant on experience.
