A Family owned House Builder require a Site Manager to join their team on a new site in Blackpool.
A Lancashire builder, my client specialises in building modern, quality new build properties.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Supervise and co-ordinate site staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build to the required build quality and build programme.
Ensure that production targets are met whilst producing the highest quality of product and ensuring costs are kept within budget.
Liaise with Sales department and customers to ensure the highest possible Customer Care performance/ satisfaction and complete all relevant inspections and documentation.
Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company's needs.
Site Manager - Skills & Experience
Excellent site management skills with a proven track record in managing volume house building sites.
Trade background - ideally Joinery or Bricklaying
Essential - CSCS card, First Aid, SMSTS
Desirable - CIOB Site Management, Scaffold Appreciation, Crane SupervisorWhats on offer
