Job Summary
A self-motivated person, the role is both customer service and commercial, which covers all product disciplines. The primary objective of the role is to provide customers with rapid follow-up wherever quotation requirements are raised through engineer reports.
Core Responsibilities
• Provision of remedial and minor works quotations from engineer reports – all aspects of associated works to be identified, including part numbers, general access, access equipment, plant hire ect.
• Timely actioning of new and critical fail quotations.
• Strong attention to detail and able to identify errors swiftly.
• Clarification of service action requirements via field engineers and establishment of better engineering reporting and coordination of R&MW quotation follow up action.
• Managing/Minimising quotation backlog and age.
• Daily monitoring of the R&MW inbox.
• Identifying sale price changes.
• Monitoring of SOR missing from key and National customers.
• Highlighting engineer improvement opportunities (technical and commercial) through the RSM/R&MW manager structure.
• Highly effective verbal/written communication.
• A professional and high level of interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Stay abreast of the latest technology.
• Minimising customer attrition through the application of excellent customer service.
Key performance Indicators
• Quotation back log control.
• Quotation conversion.
• Quotation margin tracking.
• Successfully meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Timely actioning of new and critical fail quotations.
