SMSTS Site Manager required for an Education refurb project in Redcar
Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing teams of Sub-contractors
· Working with and supporting Project Management
· Liaising with client
· Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
· Ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
· Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and any other problems that may arise
To be considered for the role you will need:
· Relevant industry qualifications
· DBS preferred or be willing to run through
· Hold a valid SMSTS / First aid certification.
· Experience of working on commercial refurb projects
· Be Self-sufficient and motivated in approach.
Pay rates in the region of £240 - £250 per day
Job Type: Temporary contract
