The Role;
As our Business Development Manager, there will be some new business but the main part of the role is to take our current client platform and look at where we can leverage business and opportunities. The role is very client facing so you should expect to be out and about a fair amount!
Client Development and Business Development
Lead from the front around cross selling and collaboration and look at ways to improve this internally
Client meetings, both F2F and Teams
This is a UK focused role - we have offices in London and ManchesterThe Person;
You should have strong prior experience in Business Development either from a Recruitment, B2B or Solution Sales background
You should have experience of collaborating with other teams + examples of cross selling
