An immediate temporary role has arisen for a Credit Control Assistant in central Norwich.
Flexible, hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office and 3 at home.
5-6 months in length, possibly longer.
Central location.
The role:
Responsible for the recovery of overdue payments
Contribute to the provision of support for those customers in receipt of universal credit, offering support where required
To handle queries and complaints, proving highest quality of customer service
Set up payment arrangements as well as providing and signposting to relevant advice
Instigating legal proceedings and the administration of court applications
Assist in making recommendations on current debt recovery policies and procedures
To ensure compliance of key performance indicators.
Skills required:
Established experience with debt recovery and credit control
High levels of customer service
Strong IT skills
